In this cozy, supportive class, you’ll learn how to create a full set of baby essentials: a soft shirt, comfy pants, a bib, and an adorable beanie. We’ll guide you step-by-step, from reading your pattern to sewing your first stitches, so you’ll finish the class with handmade pieces you—and baby—will love. No prior sewing experience? No problem! This class is designed to be fun, simple, and totally doable. By the end, you’ll not only have a tiny handmade wardrobe for your little one but also the confidence to keep creating more sweet projects at home. Supply List: Beanie: Light to medium weight stretch knit - 0.2 of a meter of fabric Top: Light to medium weight stretch knit - 0.3 of a meter for Preemie to 3 months size - 0.5 of a meter for 6 months to 12 months size Pants: 4 way stretch knit fabric with at least 50% stretch horizontally - 0.2 of a meter of fabric for Preemie size pants - 0.5 of a meter of fabric for all other sizes up to 12 months Bib - 0.3 of a meter of fabric for the front of the bib (quilting cotton, cotton gauze, nothing with stretch) 0.3 of a meter of fabric for the back of the bib (suggested fabric terry cloth) - Matching thread for each of the project pieces. *If the colours are coordinating then you can use the same thread for all four projects.
